Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have within 10 days after receiving item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at spicebxbes@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used lash trays, lipgloss, or tweezers for sanitary reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
We have a 10 day exchange policy on unopened/unused items please contact us Via direct message on Instagram or via email. For online: Return label will be sent to you via email once we receive item back, we will ship new item to you. In store: Must have a receipt, no receipt no exchange. No exceptions. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Wrong order/missing item

In the event that you have received the wrong order or are missing an item please contact customer service via email spicebxbes@gmail.com right away so we can assist you. We ship out Monday-Saturday and we will cover shipping at no cost to you.

Please note that once orders have gone out it is now in the hands of the postal service. Please contact the respectable postal service in regards to lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for delayed or missing packages

Terms and services

By agreeing to terms and services you agree that you have read and understand our return, exchange, shipping policy as well as the terms and service. You agree that all the credit card information you have entered is correct & belongs to you. You also agree that if  have not received your order/or are unsatisfied with your order that you will first contact customer service via email spicebxbes@gmail.com right away so we can assist you. You agree that this purchase is NOT fraudulent meaning that you can not report this purchase as fraudulent to your bank.
